Jaret and Carletha Ings are both graduates of high schools that serve students in economically disadvantaged communities.  The scholarships we received helped us achieve our goal of obtaining college degrees and build generational wealth (financially and intellectually).  We are both proud graduates of the historic Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University.  Our nonprofit was started to pay it forward to communities in need.

Being that we were both scholarship students in underserved communities where few attended college, we recognized the need to bridge capital and aspirations.
